NTVA (Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences), CINELDI, NTRANS, HydroCen, The Norwegian Academy of Science and letters, ZEN and HighEFF have been conducting a series of workshops on the European Energy Crises.  NODES’ Hallstein Hagen presented at the 6th workshop covering security of supply in Trondheim.  His topic was Flexibility Markets, from local market to full scale markets.
