NODES sponsored European Utility Week in Vienna 6.-8. November 2018 and shared a stand with Nord Pool.

Hans Arild Bredesen, CEO of Nord Pool Consulting and Board Member of NODES, spoke on the conference 2nd day about the subject: New market design unlocks the true value of flexibility, and launched the NODES market design.

Rune Hogga (NODES) participated in a panel debate under the Monitizing Flexibility session in the Markets HUB section along with Pietro Rabassi (Nord Pool)Christophe Lamoureux (Engie), Jan Pedersen (Agder Energi) and Jens Büchner (E-Bridge).  The session was moderated by Jéróme Le Page, (EFET).

Harald von Heyden, Agder Energi mentioned NODES as one of the innovative solutions to the problem with too much renewable productions in the local grid during his speak about: “The Changing Role of Energy Suppliers”
