{"id":6877,"date":"2022-10-11T10:05:15","date_gmt":"2022-10-11T08:05:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nodesmarket.com\/?p=6877"},"modified":"2024-02-12T10:37:55","modified_gmt":"2024-02-12T09:37:55","slug":"jrc-report-on-local-electricity-flexibility-markets-in-europe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nodesmarket.com\/no\/jrc-report-on-local-electricity-flexibility-markets-in-europe\/","title":{"rendered":"JRC report on Local Electricity Flexibility Markets in Europe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EU&#8217;s\u00a0Joint Research Centre (JRC) has published a report reviewing some of the main projects on developing flexibility markets in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>NODES (as an independent market operator) operates, verify and settles transactions in three of the projects\/markets analysed.<\/p>\n<p>The analysis focuses on cases aiming primarily on the provision of local flexibility services to Distribution System Operators through market-based instruments and the role of regulation in promoting the use of flexibility.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the following projects\/markets have been reviewed where in parenthesis the country in which have been developed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sthlmflex (Sweden)<\/li>\n<li>IntraFlex (UK)<\/li>\n<li>NorFlex (Norway)<\/li>\n<li>GOPACS (the Netherlands)<\/li>\n<li>Enera Flexmarkt (Germany)<\/li>\n<li>GB flexibility tenders by DSOs (UK)<\/li>\n<li>ENEDIS flexibility tenders (France)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following aspects are examined in more detail: Pre-qualification procedures, specification of flexibility products, the trading mechanism, and activation and settlement. Whenever possible information on traded volumes and prices has been gathered.
