How Can You Contribute to Our Bold Ambitions?
You’ll be at the forefront of new and exciting cloud technologies. Our team is tasked with developing the entire platform solution, including front- and backend functionalities, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and technical integration with other energy markets and third-party services. As our company grows, so will our technology stack and customer requirements, such as stability, performance, and security. This presents many exciting challenges, and you’ll play a crucial role in developing a market platform that meets current and future customer needs.
As part of a cross-functional and agile development team, you’ll be responsible for producing quality code, secure solutions, and innovative functionality to address real market-driven challenges.
Responsibilities/Tasks
· Take ownership of development tasks.
· Design and develop the system/platform collaboratively with team members
· Engage in an agile DevSecOps product team alongside domain experts and customers to enhance existing features and create new ones
· Participate creatively in innovation sprints, focusing on emerging technologies and functionalities for tomorrow’s challenges
· Support a smooth release process with automated testing and deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
· Collaborate to ensure reliable architectural principles are upheld within the team
· Maintain platform security and monitoring
Your Experience and Competencies
We’re on the lookout for colleagues with an eagerness to learn and a proactive problem-solving mindset to join our dedicated team of software developers and market specialists. While not all are expected, familiarity with any of the following technologies will be beneficial:
· Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies and services, incl. security technologies and IaC
· .NET – REST APIs, C# and service development
· Angular/Vue for frontend development
· Kubernetes clusters
· Kafka, message brokers, and distributed master data synchronization
· Microservices architecture and container-based solutions
Academic and Work Qualifications
· Proficiency in agile development processes
· A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
· Experience in developing full-stack web applications using Microsoft Cloud technologies
· Fluency in English is essential, and basic communication skills in a Scandinavian language are beneficial
Location
Our preference is for you to join us at our offices in Oslo/Lysaker or Kristiansand. However, for the right candidate, there could be flexibility in the future. NODES values office collaboration but also recognises the importance of work-from-home and remote working options.
